FED Rate vs. Cap rates
The past few years have been a challenge for CRE with higher rates and surging inflation. There is uncertainty baked into an election year, as well, which is hard to factor into decision-making. We will have to wait to see what the FED does, and if we see rates start to come down, it should provide a tailwind for multi-family investing.
