What does authentic corporate community investment look like?
In this session at the Business & Society Program’s Aspen ESG Summit 2024, leaders shared how their companies are building community in both digital and physical space, to accelerate business performance as well as worker and community success.
Describing lessons across their sectors, these leaders discussed how they use deep listening to inform outside-in strategies, share feedback and data to solve problems with NGOs and government partners, and think outside the box when hiring and investing in overlooked or under-the-radar talent pools.
