In Session: Tiffany R. Warren – The Aspen Institute
Tiffany R. Warren has some nerve. That’s what friends and family told her when she was growing up, and it’s helped her understand and contextualize her evolution as a leader throughout her career. A member of the 2021 class of Henry Crown Fellows, Warren is a multi-hyphenate who centers inclusion in everything she does.
As EVP, Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer of Sony Music Group and the Founder & President of ADCOLOR, Warren’s leadership style prioritizes empowering others to be exactly who they are. She emphasizes the importance of maintaining advisory relationships with peers and mentors, and embracing dimensions of difference within yourself.
Warren shared her most valuable leadership lessons with us for the latest episode of In Session.
This video is a part of our new series In Session, where we ask leaders from across the Aspen Institute network to reflect on their own leadership journeys and offer practical wisdom gained from their experiences. Stay tuned for more episodes, and subscribe to our leadership newsletter to make sure you don’t miss a thing.
